Yoga 101 covers the intro to yoga: fundamentals of the yoga philosophy, how to breathe, and linking that breathing to each pose. You will learn, step-by-step, the foundational postures including modifications or adjustments to fit your needs and abilities. Please wear exercise clothing that allows for comfortable movement, avoid eating at least one hour prior to class, and arrive 15 minutes early with a water, towel and yoga mat. Mat and towel rentals are available at the studio.
